• Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of SC/ST employees through constructive dialogue, policy advocacy, and institutional engagement with GAIL Management and statutory authorities.

 

• Promoting fair representation and ensuring the effective implementation of Constitutional safeguards, Government of India directives, reservation policies, and welfare measures in recruitment, promotions, career advancement, training, leadership opportunities, and decision-making processes.

 

• Strengthening employee welfare by facilitating awareness, professional development, leadership capacity building, mentoring, and career guidance for members.

 

• Encouraging transparency, accountability, and ethical governance through evidence-based representation, member participation, and collaborative engagement with all stakeholders.

 

• Advancing the philosophy of "Pay Back to Society" by promoting education, skill development, entrepreneurship, employment generation, scholarships, mentorship, and community development initiatives for socially and economically disadvantaged sections.
